Boise couple arrested for providing alcohol to a minor who was later sexually assaulted
Three people were arrested after an incident following a party in July of 2012. According to Boise Police, Christopher Hand, 21 or Boise, "engaged in illegal sexual activity with a minor following a party at a Boise residence."
Police found that Victoria Robinson, 33 of Boise, and Carl Robinson, 32 of Boise, had provided alcohol to the minor prior to the sexual activity taking place.
Hand was arrested on a charge of Felony Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16. Victoria and Carl Robinson were each arrested on a charge of Felony Injury to a Child.
