Mountain Home man arrested in stolen car for felony DUI
A 74-year-old Mountain Home man was arrested Wednesday night after being pulled over in a stolen car while appearing to be drunk.
Boise Police said they saw a vehicle listed as stolen out of Mountain Home near Cole and Ustick Wednesday night, Nov. 7, around 8:30 p.m. When officers stopped the vehicle in a parking lot, they noticed the driver appeared to be very intoxicated at the time and failed several field sobriety tests, but refused to take a breathalyzer test.
