28-year-old Boise man arrested after alleged sexual activity with a minor under 16
A 28-year-old Boise man was arrested Wednesday for after an investigation into "activity" that took place on more than one occasion at more than one location starting in August of this year.
According to Boise Police, Brian W. Thomas, 28 of Boise, is well known to the victim and allegedly engaged in illegal sexual activity. The activity was reported to police and they began investigating in August. Police have no reason to believe there are other victims.
Thomas was charged with Felony Lewd Conduct with a Minor under 16.
