“Just pull your pants down and shirt up and give me something to look at.” State Sen. John McGee allegedly said that to a female assistant while he masturbated in front of her in his locked office.

On Your Side found that detail in Idaho State Police incident reports obtained from ISP’s investigation of sexual harassment accusations against McGee.

According to an interview with the victim’s friend (a fellow statehouse employee), the victim told McGee to stop and McGee told her to "swallow.”

The victim escaped that locked office (her friend says the victim told her she had to physically push McGee away). The victim told police that when she left McGee said: “This never happened.”

ISP documents detail other times when McGee allegedly groped the victim’s behind, asked her to take off her pants so he could look at her, rubbed his groin against her elbow and made inappropriate comments about the victim’s physical relationship with her boyfriend.

Legislator Jana Kemp told police she’d heard rumor of other possible victims.

A statehouse page reported: McGee referred to his female staffers as b*****s and was famous for “lingering hugs.”

Sen. Brent Hill praised McGee for his professionalism, but also recalled the disgraced senator always had girls around him.

After McGee resigned, Hill says, McGee told him: “I know I have a problem.”

McGee served 39 days in jail for disturbing the peace – a misdemeanor charge.
