BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A 64-year-old man with two previous robbery convictions has been sentenced to at least 15 years in prison for robbing a Boise bank in May.

The Idaho Statesman reports Jerry C. Tudehope was sentenced Friday to 15 to 30 years in prison for the robbery of a Bank of the West branch on May 11. Prosecutors say he gave a teller a note demanding money and said he had a weapon, but did not display it.

He was arrested after police released surveillance video of the robbery. He can seek parole after serving 15 years.

Tudehope had been released from prison in February after serving time for the 2006 robbery of a Cash Store in Boise. He was placed on probation after pleading guilty to trying to rob an Albertson's store in 1995.
