Another lawsuit filed against Nampa School District
Nampa School District Investigation
More legal troubles are on the way for the Nampa School District.
A former staff member of Willow Creek Elementary says the District didn’t pay her the wages she was due while she was on short-term disability for medical issues. Her lawyer filed the complaint in October.
Boise attorney Eric Rossman is asking for three times the unpaid wages, which is what she’d be entitled to under Idaho code. The complaint also asks for attorney fees.
Despite court records that show the lawsuit was filed October 5, District spokesperson Allison Westfall says the District's attorney "hasn't received anything."
