Garden City man arrested for lewd conduct with child under ten
A Garden City man was arrested Thursday after Boise Police received a report of lewd conduct involving a child. The incident reportedly took place on Sept. 13 at a residence in a neighborhood near Orchard and Overland in Boise.
"The conduct, involving a child under the age of 10, reportedly took place on one occasion only," according to Boise Police. "The suspect is known to the victim."
Police investigated and arrested Francisco Farias-Valencia, 49 of Garden City, for Felony Lewd Conduct with a Minor Under 16.
