Boise man arrested after being found with stolen car
Boise Police were called to a dirt parking lot Wednesday night, Oct. 31, at around 11:00 p.m. for a report of a stolen vehicle.
The responding officers located the suspect, Marshall T. McCully, 37 of Boise, and the vehicle in the lot. According to police, the victim and suspect know each other. The vehicle had been reported stolen from a residence on Oct. 28.
Boise Police said as they investigated, McCully provided them with false identifying information. He was arrested for Felony Grand Theft of a Vehicle and Providing False Information.
