Medford man indicted on 27 counts of sex with underage girls
MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) -- A 20-year-old Medford man has been indicted on 27 charges of sex abuse and rape involving underage girls he met online.
Christian Alexander Sanchez was arrested Thursday and held Monday on $1 million bail.
Police told the Mail Tribune Sanchez engaged in sexting with more than a dozen girls between the ages of 13 and 16 and had sex with at least three of them.
His father said police are investigating behavior that stretched back to high school and none of the incidents were malicious.
