BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A Boise man serving a 10-year prison sentence for attempted lewd conduct has pleaded guilty to accepting into his prison account money he knew his fiancee made through prostitution.

The Idaho Statesman reports 39-year-old Justin Miles Nuckols pleaded guilty late last week to a felony charge of accepting the earnings of a prostitute. He faces up to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced on Nov. 8.

Investigators say Nuckols' fiancee, Laura LeFavour, put money in his account in 2010 and 2011 before she was sent to prison for possessing child pornography.

Nuckols was arrested in 2003 during a sting operation in which deputies say he tried to arrange a meeting with an underage girl for sex. That sentence is set to run through April 2014.
