Forbes Magazine ranks Boise one of the most unfair places for working women

Forbes Magazine has listed Boise as one of the top 10 cities with wage disparities between men and women.

In their "Most Unfair Cities To Be A Working Woman" list, Boise comes in at number five. According to Forbes, Boise's wage gap is 37 percent. The average working male earns $60,156 each year, while the average working female earns just $38,067.

Cities with larger wage disparities than Boise include Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Knoxville, TN; Provo, Utah and Stamford, CT.
