Southwest announces end of direct flights between Boise and Portland
Southwest has announced they will be ending direct flights between Boise and Portland starting in April, saying there is low need for the service.
According to the Idaho Business Review, Southwest currently flies between the two cities twice a day. Alaska Airlines will still offer direct flights between Portland and Boise.
This year, Southwest Airlines has also cut direct flights from Seattle, Reno and Salt Lake City.
