Man arrested in Nampa mobile home park shooting
Nampa Police have arrested a man in connection with a weekend shooting near the Evergreen Mobile Home Park.
Juan Rodriguez, 19, of Nampa, is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Police say Rodriguez and another suspect, believed to be the shooter, reportedly got into an argument Saturday with two other men.
The argument led to an early Sunday morning confrontation on a street near the mobile home park. Police say Rodriguez and the other man displayed guns and pointed them at the two. The other man fired his weapon, but Rodriguez did not.
The two victims suffered non-life threatening injuries. They were treated and released at a local hospital.
Officers did not disclose what started the argument.
Police are still looking for the second suspect in the shooting.
