Ada County Election Headquarters in West Boise on Benjamin Lane is currently seeing a record number of early voters walk through its doors to cast ballots a couple weeks before Election Day.

This November's early voting process began October 15 and is open to registered voters until November 2. According to Ada County Chief Deputy Clerk, Phil McGrane, between 800 and 900 voters are going to the polls daily during this period

Thousands of absentee ballots are also expected to be cast by Election Day. In total, McGrane estimates workers will be busy on election night counting upwards of 50,000 absentee and early ballots.

All absentee ballots must be received by your county's election site no later than 8 p.m. on election night, November 6.
