Around 200 people showed up to the 3rd Annual Tour of Boise Adventure Race on Sunday. The race put the participant's knowledge and athletic skills to the ultimate test.

The Tour of Boise Adventure Race started and ended in Julia Davis Park. The competition had racers of all ages, who got to read maps, find clues and put two and two together in Downtown Boise.

The participants all got a map of Boise with 22 questions they have to answer, during the 2.5 mile course. The answers to the question and clues were located near the red dots on the map.

"Learned a lot of about navigation, and trying not getting in each other’s throats when disagreeing,” said one group.

Many families also showed up as a team, and said they just wanted to have a fun family activity for the weekend.

Money raised from the race will go to the Bogus Basin Nordic Team. Organizers said they hope raise at least $3,000 from the race.
