ISP arrests woman for domestic battery on the side of the highway
On Thursday, Oct. 18, just before noon, Idaho State Police investigated a traffic complaint of a female passenger striking a male who was driving a vehicle northbound on US Highway 95 near milepost 318.
When police found the vehicle, it was located parked on the shoulder of the highway at the top of the Lewiston Hill.
The driver was identified as Brandon A. Reinstein, of Moscow, and the passenger was identified as Bethany C. Palmer, of Des Moines, Washington.
Palmer was arrested for felony domestic battery, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reinstein was cited and released for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
