Volunteers to help rehab Harrison Hollow Trail Saturday morning
The Land Trust of the Treasure Valley acquired Harrison Hollow in December 2011 and the organization has been working since to upgrade the area. On Saturday, Oct. 20, volunteers will be placing gravel along the 3400-feet of trail. The gravel will make the trail all-season.
“I love seeing this progress,” said a visitor. “I have a visually impaired friend and I’ve been afraid to bring her here before this.”
The project will be completed in phases, starting with the volunteer day on Saturday.
