Girl shot on hunting trip in critical condition
BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A 10-year-old girl who was shot during a family hunting trip in southwestern Idaho was listed in critical condition at a Boise hospital.
Elmore County dispatchers said that the girl was taken by air ambulance to the hospital after being shot in the groin Friday morning near Featherville in Elmore County. Sheriff Rick Layher said Monday the girl was still listed in critical condition.
The shooting is under investigation.
