Kandi Hall takes the stand in the trial of her husband and murdered boss
Kandi Hall took the stand today in the trial of her husband Robert Hall. He is accused of killing Kandi's boss, attorney Emmett Corrigan, in a Walgreens parking lot in March 2011.
Kandi Hall said she had had sex with Corrigan in his truck the night of the shooting. She admits she was having an affair with him but said on the stand that she is committed to her marriage with Robert.
Robert Hall went to the parking lot the night of the shooting after his wife had told him she was having an affair and wanted a divorce. Robert Hall is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Corrigan.
