Garden City man caught peeping into woman's windows
GARDEN CITY, Idaho (AP) -- A 49-year-old registered sex offender has been charged with felony stalking and indecent exposure after Garden City police say he was peeping into the windows of a woman's home.
Joseph A. Murray of Garden City was booked into the Ada County Jail early Wednesday morning. Police say they found Murray, naked and wrapped in a blanket, looking into the windows of an apartment complex after a woman called to report a prowler.
Magistrate Daniel Steckel set Murray's bond at $150,000 at his arraignment Wednesday afternoon.
