Canyon County Animal Shelter holds “Empty the Shelter 2” adoption event
The Canyon County Animal Shelter is full to capacity, so from now until Oct. 31, they will be holding “Empty The Shelter 2” adoption event -- with all adoption fees reduced.
“We have lots of dogs, cats and kittens of all sizes available for adoption right now, and we want to find them all good homes,” said Barb Hutchinson, Executive Director at the shelter. “This is a great opportunity to find the pet of your dreams at a very affordable price.”
Shelter officials say all cats and kittens are priced at $5 to $15 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and free food (a $150 value). All dogs are $19 to $49 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, micro-chipping and free food and a training DVD (a $300 value). Prices exclude puppies six months and under.
The shelter is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 5801 Graye Lane, Caldwell.
