Oregon boy charged with attempted murder after stabbing over bicycle
GRESHAM, Ore. (AP) -- Gresham police have arrested a 17-year-old boy accused of stabbing a young woman during an argument about a stolen bicycle.
The boy who lives in Fairview was arrested Tuesday morning -- five days after the incident.
He was charged with attempted murder and taken to the Donald E. Long Detention Center.
Police say the 24-year-old victim is expected to recover.
