Man arrested in Twin Falls after fatal stabbing
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) -- Police in Twin Falls arrested a 21-year-old man after a fatal stabbing at a local event center and restaurant.
Cayde Lish of Twin Falls was taken into custody early Saturday at the Canyon Crest Dining and Event Center, located on the rim of the Snake River Canyon.
Twenty-three-year-old Jerimiah Paiz of Twin Falls died after suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Lish's booking photo at Twin Falls County Jail shows him with what appears to be several superficial facial wounds.
According to Idaho courts, Lish has a history of run-ins with the law, including charges of exhibiting a deadly weapon in 2009.
That year, he was also convicted of misdemeanor battery, and this February was cited for his second drunken-driving offense in Twin Falls.
He's also been cited for underage drinking.
