Amber Alert issued for abducted Meridian toddler
A regional AMBER Alert has been issued from Meridian.
Police say an investigation is in progress for an abducted Hispanic child.
The child is identified as three-year-old Abbigail Villascan. She is described as 3 feet tall, weighing about 40 pounds. She has black hair and black eyes.
Meridian Police say the suspect is Barbara Morrison, age 41, 5 feet 8 inches and 190 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Officers tell us Morrison is the non-custodial grandparent. The suspect vehicle is a gold 2005 Hyundai Elantra four- door sedan with Idaho license plate 1/A XT 911.
They say the child was abducted from an unidentified Meridian day about 8:45 Friday morning.
