Man arrested for allegedly attempting to steal tires from storage facility
Boise Police were called to a storage facility on Lindsay Avenue Monday night, Oct. 1 around 11:00 p.m. Employees told police a man was pushing tires under a fence, attemping to take them from the facility. An employee detained the man, later identified as Shawn Marshall, 43 of Boise, until police arrived.
"Officers located a large set of bolt cutters and determined the tires had been taken from one of the storage units," said Boise Police. "A check through Ada County Dispatch indicated the suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest on Failure to Appear charges."
Marshall was arrested on charges of Felony Burglary, Misdemeanor Trespassing and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.
