Police arrest homeless man for attempted strangulation
Idaho Falls Police arrested 44-year-old Frank Dewayne Hester Wednesday morning for domestic battery and attempted strangulation.
According to reports, officers responded to a camp trailer in a parking lot on East Anderson around 5:30 a.m. for a report a domestic battery. The 45-year-old female victim reported that Hester and she got into a physical argument when he grabbed her and pinned her down on the bed. He then choked her.
Hester was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
