Ann Romney will hold fundraiser in Meridian next week
According to Dan Popkey with the Idaho Statesman, presidential candidate Mitt Romney's wife Ann will be holding a fundraiser in Meridian next week. Travis Hawkes, a fundraiser for Romney, will be holding the event. Hawkes confirmed the event.
"Hawkes, Romney's Idaho finance chairman, has helped raise $3.2 million from Idahoans, tripling the Idaho record for presidential campaigns," said Popkey.
The event will take place Sept. 27 at Spurwing Country Club and it will cost anywhere from $1,000 to $25,000 to attend.
