CWI Nampa campus closed until 3 p.m. for power outage

An electrical transformer that provides power to the College of Western Idaho Nampa Campus Academic Building was struck by a vehicle at approximately 6:30 a.m. this morning, according to Jennifer Couch with CWI. The building is without power because of the incident.

Classes and offices are currently closed until 3 p.m. or until further assessment of the repairs can be identified. The College is working with a high voltage contractor to repair the damages as quickly as possible.
