Two die in Sunday night rollover crash in Power County
Sunday night just before 8:00 p.m., Idaho State Police were called to a rollover crash on State Highway 37 near Indian Springs in Power County.
La Khrista Rigdon, 27 of American Falls, was driving her 2008 Pontiac G6 south when the vehicle veered off the roadway. According to ISP, Rigdon over corrected and the vehicle rolled several times. Rigdon's passenger, Jose Tores Jr., 25 of American Falls, and Rigdon, both died at the scene.
Three children were transported to Harms Memorial Hospital in American Falls. Two of the children were later taken by air ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.
The crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
