Tuesday just before 3:00 p.m. Garden City Police were called to Wal-Mart on State Street for a report of a bomb threat. Personnel with the store told police that a man had told one of their employees the store was going to blow up in an hour.

As a precaution, Wal-Mart evacuated the store. As police began investigating, they started to question the reliability of the employee who reported the threat, and eventually found enough evidence to arrest him.

Mitch Pryor, 22 of Nampa, was arrested for a Felony of Making a False Report of a Explosives.
