According to ISP, Jesseca Dodge, 24 of Wendell, was driving west on Main Street in a Dodge Caravan. Roney Welker, 36 of Wendell, was crossing Main Street 200 feet east of the marked cross walk. Dodge's vehicle hit Welker in the middle of the street. Welker was transported via air ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
