On Saturday September 8, the Ontario Police Department investigated three cases of Public Indecency at local stores in Ontario.

Between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, the man was reported at both the Idaho Youth Ranch and Salvation Army in Ontario, exposing himself to customer each time.

The man was described as a white male wearing a black tennis type skirt, a dark gray t-shirt and camouflage hat and was seen driving a white Dodge Dakota extra cab pickup with Arizona license plates.

At 4:45 p.m., an Ontario Police Officer located the Dakota with Arizona license plates in the parking lot of Red Apple Marketplace in Ontario. Officers maintained surveillance on the vehicle from a distance. At about 5:30 p.m., a customer of Red Apple Marketplace called Ontario Police Dispatch after a male subject exposed himself to her. Officers were directed to the suspect who matched the previous description and was approaching the Dodge Dakota.

Marcus Dean Payne, 50 of Payette, was arrested on three counts of Public Indecency, all felonies.

The Ontario Police Department is attempting to locate the victim from the Idaho Youth Ranch and to hear from any other witnesses or victims the police department is not aware of. Victims or witnesses may call the Ontario Police Department at 541-889-7266.
