Officials release name of Caldwell drowning victim
CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) -- Officials in Canyon County have released the name of a 3-year-old Caldwell boy who drowned while playing in a creek with his mother and older sibling.
The coroner's office says Drake Moser drowned Sunday afternoon in Indian Creek. Caldwell police say no foul play is suspected. The boy was wearing a life jacket.
Investigators say the mother and her two children were swept down the creek by the current, but Drake became caught under debris and wasn't found for more than two hours.
