Two of the teens in Sunday's fatal crash identified

The two teenager's killed in Sunday morning's car crash near Table Rock have been identified by Ada County Coroner Erwin Sonnenberg.
Robert Rogers, 16 of Meridian, was pronounced dead at 5:35 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, although his time of death is listed as 2:00 a.m. According to the coroner, reports indicate that Roberts was nor wearing a seatbelt.
Tiffany Jean Walters, 17 of Boise, was the female victim in the car. Walters was also the driver when the vehicle went over the embankment off East Wild Horse Lane in Boise. Walters was also not wearing a seatbelt.
Two others were in the car at the time of the crash which was reported by a nearby resident at 2:19 a.m. Sunday. One is still in critical condition and the other, a 20-year-old male, suffered only minor injuries. He was also the only one in the vehicle wearing a seatbelt.
