Police respond to two separate weekend parking lot burglaries
Boise Police responded to two different vehicle burglaries over the weekend that took place in parking lots.
The first took place Friday morning around 6:30 a.m. in a parking lot on West Main Street. Witnesses told Boise Police that Justin Hogarth, 26 of Boise, was seen going through the parking lot attempting to gain access to cars. Hogarth was seen taking items from two different cars. He was later found nearby on foot and the items were recovered.
Hogarth was arrested on two counts of Felony Burglary, Felony Probation Violation Charges and misdemeanor Failure to Appear.
The second burglary took place Friday night around 7:30 p.m. Witnesses told police that Heath Clyne, 38, was seen attempting to gain access to cars in the parking lot on 16th and State Street, and did take some items out of two different cars.
Clyne was located later on foot and the stolen items were recovered. He was arrested on two counts of Felony Burglary.
