Parma man arrested for Lewd Conduct with a 7-year-old in county office
On Aug. 28, Caldwell police received a report that a man had forced a 7-year-old boy to touch him in the restroom of the Canyon County Drivers License Office in Caldwell.
Video from security cameras in the building helped detectives identify Juan Perales-Venegas, 37 of Parma, as the offender in this case. They arrested him at his place of employment thursday morning.
Police do not have any reason to suspect that there are more victims of Peralas-Venegas.
