Transient arrested for causing his dog to attack another man
Thursday afternoon around 4:00 p.m., Boise Police were called to Broadway Avenue for a report of a fight. The victim is an employee of a nearby business and saw three men drinking on the property. He then asked them to leave and they started to become "aggressive and verbally abusive," said Boise Police.
According to witnesses, one of the men, identified as Timothy Pressley, 21, unleashed a bull dog on the victim. "The dog bit the victim on the torso. As the victim struggled with the dog, the suspect approached him and punched the victim in the nose, causing a laceration to the victims face," said Boise Police. "Officers who responded to the incident had to tie the dog to a nearby pole as it attempted to bite the officers."
Pressley was arrested on a Felony Charge of Aggravated Battery.
