Garden City sexual assault
A Boise man is accused of assaulting a woman in her home and then running off almost completely naked.
Monday morning the victim says Joshua Garrard sexually assaulted her and then took off wearing only his boxer briefs. After a brief search officers took him into custody and charged him with attempted rape and driving under the influence.
The victim was treated at the hospital
