Caldwell police investigate early morning shooting
Caldwell Police are trying to piece together what happened in a home in the 200 block of Nogales Street about 4:30 Tuesday morning.
Chief Chris Allgood says two people, a man and a woman, both suffered gunshot wounds. Police began investigating when the couple showed up at the emergency room of the West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell.
“It’s a very odd situation,” Allgood said. “Right now, we have very little to go on. Our investigation is still in its preliminary stages.”
Both victims reportedly have non-life-threatening injuries.
