Naked man allegedly tries to break into Boise business
Boise Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a business on South Shoshone Street early Saturday morning, August 25 around 3:00 a.m.
The officers who responded found the suspect, naked except for his shoes, standing next to a broken glass door in front of the business. Officers noted he was bleeding at the time.
The suspect, identified as Anthony J. Marsh, 27 of Boise, who appeared to be behaving erratically, refused to obey officers commands or communicate.
As officers issued commands, the suspect attempted to jump through the broken window. At one point, officers were forced to deploy a taser to take the suspect into custody to avoid further injury.
Boise Police determined the suspect had also broken into a nearby laundry mat causing additional damages to that business.
Marsh was arrested on charged of Felony Malicious Injury to Property and Resisting and Obstructing.
