$3.4B settlement objector petitions Supreme Court
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) -- Three young men are facing felony arson charges after a fire started by the illegal use of fireworks burned down a house in Buhl on the morning of July 4.
The Times-News did not identify the suspects because at least two were juveniles at the time of the fire. They are being charged as adults.
During questioning, the boys acknowledged they set off aerial fireworks, which are available to purchase but illegal to use in Idaho. One exploded 10 feet off the ground, setting the surrounding grass on fire and quickly spreading to the home of one of the boys.
No one was injured.
