Idaho Supreme Court to stream arguments on web
BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- The Idaho Supreme Court will begin streaming oral arguments over the web this month, allowing residents, reporters and other interested parties to watch the legal action even if they're far from the courthouse.
The high court made the announcement Friday, saying the live streaming would begin on Aug. 20 through a partnership with Idaho Public Television.
The public TV station already has a live streaming service for the Idaho Legislature. Initially only the Supreme Court arguments held in Boise will be streamed, though that may change in the future. The live stream will be available on both the Idaho Supreme Court's website (http://www.isc.idaho.gov) and Idaho Public Television's Legislature Live website (http://www.idahoptv.org/leglive).
