Police told us they're investigating a suspicious death of a child in the small town of Homedale.
Homedale Police taped up a house on the 100 block of Washington Ave. around 8 p.m. on Saturday. They confirmed that they have a person of interest.
However, police told us they do not want to release any more details to protect the other children who lived in the home. However, they call it a gruesome crime.
Homedale Police and Idaho State Police are working together on this case. They said they're still in the preliminary stages of the investigation, so they can't release any more details.
