Boise man arrested after drugs found in his infant's diaper bag
Boise Police and Idaho Probation and Parole agents searched a residence on South Phillippi Wednesday morning around 8:00 a.m.
Inside the home, police found more than 300 oxycontin pills, including some which were found inside a child's show inside of a diaper bag.
A child, less than one year old, who resides in the home was declared to be in imminent danger and turned over to the custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
Raul Garcia, 31 of Boise, was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Felony Injury to a Child, Felony Probation Violation Charges and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
