Boise Police investigating apparent apartment home invasion overnight
Boise Police were called just before 11 a.m. Tuesday night after a two victims called and said their apartment had been broke into.
The two victims, a male and female around 20-years-old, both had cuts to their heads. They said two male suspects had surprised them at their apartment and hit both victims of the head with a handgun. Paramedics responded but neither victim needed to be taken to the hospital.
Witnesses told officers the two men were dark complected, in their 20's and dressed in black. They were last seen leaving the area driving south on Cole Road, possibly in a dark-colored newer model Jetta.
Police say the crime does not appear to be random and they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the community.
