Reports: Comedian J Medicine Hat has died
The Idaho Statesman is reporting that comedian and hypnotist J Medicine Hat has died.
"Details aren't available, but Medicine Hat reportedly had some health problems," said Michael Deeds with the Statesman. "Medicine Hat made Boise a regular tour stop over the years. He played everywhere from the Funny Bone to China Blue."
The comedian's website posted a statement on Tuesday -
"It is with the deepest sadness and a heavy heart that the family of J Medicine Hat confirms his passing at 8:30 on August 13, 2012. Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers, and for the love and laughs you've shared over the years."
