Boise Library's spring booksale begins tonight
Friends of Boise Public Library holds its annual Spring Booksale starting tonight and continuing through the weekend. The spring sale includes $9 by-the-bag pricing (some items are excluded) and everything is half-price on Sunday.
The sale will be held in a new location this year, in the warehouse at 762 River Street across from the Main Library. Sale hours are: Thursday, April 12 and Friday, April 13, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; Saturday, April 14, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sunday, April 15, noon-4 p.m. A preview sale for Friends members will be held Wednesday, April 11, 4 – 7 p.m. New members may join at the door.
Last year, the Friends organization raised close to $150,000 to benefit the library through booksales and the Friends Bookstore at the Main Library.
