Romney sweeps Tuesday contests
It's another big night for Mitt Romney as he adds to his already commanding lead in the race for the Republican Presidential nod.
The former Massachusetts governor swept Maryland, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia Tuesday night securing nearly 100 more delegates.
Romney currently holds 646 delegates while his nearest rival, Rick Santorum, has just 272.
Candidates need 1,144 delegates to secure the GOP nomination.
