Woman arrested after selling prescription drugs in Boise parking lot
Boise Police responded to a report of a drug transaction taking place outside a retail store on the West State Saturday, March 24, just before 1 p.m.
The calling party tells police he witnessed the suspect, who had just filled a narcotic prescription, give a portion of the pills to another suspect in a parking lot. Officers located both suspects moments later at a nearby bus stop and recovered pills from the prescription on both suspects.
After a detailed investigation, Ashley Mcdonald was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the charge of delivery of a controlled substance. Brian Good was issued a misdemeanor citation of possession of a controlled substance and released.
