Grand jury indicts six gang members for felony rioting in the Canyon County Jail
A Canyon County grand jury has indicted 6 local gang members for felony Rioting in the Canyon County jail by a Gang Member, which carries a minimum sentence of 5 years and up to 25 years in prison.
The indicted members are Gabriel Torres, age 28, of Caldwell, Damian Sanchez, age 23, of Nampa, Baldemar Arteaga, Jr., age 27, of Caldwell, Fernando Saldana, age 26, of Parma, Adrian Contreras, age 21, of Nampa, Roberto Rojas, age 22, of Caldwell.
Each of the defendants will be arraigned in District Court on Friday, March 30.
